The Fourth Trimester is a gentle introduction to postpartum movement, using only your body weight. These light, simple movements are designed to help you slow down, ease back into movement, and reconnect with your body; without strenuous workouts or pressure to do more.

This is not a STRICT weight-loss program. The focus is on reconnecting with your body, rather than burning calories or pushing your fitness.

If you're further along in your fitness journey and looking for more challenging workouts, explore The Nap Time Edition or The At-Home Edition to find a plan that better matches your goals and readiness.
