This policy explains what personal information Arlotte Fitness LLC ("Arlotte Fitness", "we", "us") collects through arlottefitness.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you buy a program: your name, email address, billing details and purchase details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you contact us, by email or through the contact form: your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us, which may include information about your health, pregnancy or fitness history.
- When you ask for your download links again: the email address you enter.
- Basic technical information that our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and keep it safe, such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To deliver the programs you buy, including emailing your download links and sending them again when you ask.
- To reply to your questions and inquiries about coaching.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Health information you share with us is used only to respond to you and to plan any coaching you sign up for. It is never used for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site, stores purchase records and program files, and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that requests on the resend form come from a person.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may remember, until you close the tab, that you dismissed the announcement banner. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
Amazon affiliate links
Our Shop page links to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you follow one of those links, Amazon may use cookies to record that you came from our site; its own privacy notice applies on Amazon.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as your download links work and as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you or to provide coaching.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records the law requires us to keep. To make a request, email madison@arlottefitness.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
