THE HEART BEHIND ARLOTTE

Hi, I'm Madison.

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Certified Prenatal Trainer
  • Certified Postpartum Trainer

My fitness journey started when I was struggling with who I was and how I felt about myself. My eating habits and relationship with food weren't in a good place, and I spent a lot of time wishing my body looked different. Training gave me something to work toward and helped me build confidence, but for a long time, how I looked still mattered more to me than how I felt.

Then I got pregnant with Charlotte, and everything started to shift. Watching my body change was hard at times, especially when I was still learning to be comfortable in it. Becoming a mom brought a whole new set of questions about who I was, but it also gave me a deeper appreciation for my body. I still love training and want to feel good in my own skin but I also want to be healthy, keep up with my daughter, and take care of the body that brought her here.

Pregnancy, a C-section, recovery, and becoming Charlotte's mom gave me an entirely different appreciation for the female body.

After having her, I wasn't interested in punishing my body into becoming what it had been before.

I wanted to understand it.

I wanted to rebuild it.

And I wanted to become strong in a way that meant more than simply looking fit.

That experience ultimately changed the way I wanted to coach other women, too.

Not with a goal of getting my old body back. With a goal of building a stronger one.

For the woman behind the mama.

Becoming a mom showed me just how different women's fitness needs can be through pregnancy, recovery, and postpartum life.

It inspired me to expand my education beyond traditional personal training and specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness.

My coaching today is shaped by intention, compassion, education, and a plan that fits the life you're living right now.

Because motherhood may change your routine, your priorities, your schedule, and your body, but it doesn't take away the woman underneath all of it.
